Switching to Photo Editor from the Organizer
Because you have a choice of opening either the Organizer or the Photo Editor when you
open Adobe Photoshop Elements 13, you might be wondering how to access the other com-
ponent. If you open the Organizer first, you can easily open the Photo Editor through a few
techniques.
