Applying a Gradient Map Adjustment Filter
The Gradient Map Adjustments filter analyzes the grayscale range in the photo or selection
and then maps a gradient fill to that range of pixels.

From the Photo Editor menu bar, choose Filter, Adjustments, Gradient Map.
