Finding Hidden Handles
Sometimes when you are transforming a photo, you cannot see the corner
handles because the size of the photo layer is larger than the frame. Note
that there are always eight handles on the photo layer. To access these
missing handles, click in the middle of the photo and drag up, down, left,
or right to reposition the photo in the frames. You'll be able to find the
handles as you move the photo around in the frame.

To manually scale a photo, click the Scale option.

Click a handle in the photo and drag left, right, up, or down to resize the photo.
Hold the Shift key to constrain the scale to the photo's dimension ratio.
