Use Other Selection Tools with the Content-Aware Move Tool
You can create your selection of an object with any selection tool. Make
sure you have the selection active and then click the Content-Aware Move
tool. Move the selected object by dragging it to a new location.

Click the Add, Subtract, and Intersect options to adjust your selection.

Click and drag the selected object to a new location.

The Photo Editor processes the Move or Extend by analyzing the background and
the new location, and then moves the object, filling in the background for a natural
transition.
