Click the Hand tool.
Access the Hand Tool Anytime with a Keyboard Shortcut
You can activate the Hand tool anytime, no matter what tool you have act-
ive, by pressing and holding the spacebar on your keyboard. Then click
and drag in the photo to move it around.

Click anywhere in the photo and drag left, right, up, or down to move the photo so
that a new area of the photo displays.
5.
Click any of the Hand options in the Tool Options bar to immediately go to that
display size.
