Use the View Menu
The Organizer also has a View menu that has other menu commands for
viewing your photos in the Viewer.
Refresh —Refreshes the Viewer.
Media Types —View your Catalog of media by media type of Photos,
Video, Media Type, Projects, and PDFs.
Hidden Files —Hide and Show Hidden Files. Also view all files.
Sort By —Sort media by Oldest, Newest, or Name.
Details —Switch between the Adaptive Grid view or the legacy view for
the Viewer display of media.
File Names —View File Name under media thumbnails in the Viewer. You
must be in the legacy view for the Viewer to display File Names.
People Recognition —Set the Auto-analyzer to apply People Recognition
to your media.
Grid Lines —Display grid lines in the Viewer.
Full Screen —Display the Organizer in Full Screen View. Press ESC from
the Keyboard to exit Full Screen display.
Timeline —View Photos based on a timeline of when they where taken.
This menu is a toggle menu, to exit the Timeline view, choose this menu
command again.
Expand All Stacks —Expand all Photo Stacks.
Collapse All Stacks —Collapse all Photo Stacks.
Set Date Range —Set a Date Range for finding and viewing photos based
on Shot Date.
Clear Date Range —Clear the Date Range you set with the Set Date Range
menu command.
