Moving a Catalog to Another Computer
If you buy a new computer and need to move your Catalog to this new
machine, you can easily do this. You must first back up your Catalog on
an external drive. Then restore the Catalog on the new computer. You
must have Photoshop Elements installed on the new computer to restore
your Catalog.
Convert a Catalog from a Previous Version of Organizer
If you have used previous versions of Photoshop Elements, such as version 12 or 11, your
Catalogs are created for that version of Photoshop Elements and must be converted to work
with Photoshop Elements 13. The Catalog Manager has a Convert feature for converting
your older Catalogs to this latest release.

Open the Catalog Manager by choosing File, Manage Catalogs from the menu bar.

Click Convert.
