iPhoto To Become Photos
Apple is upgrading iPhoto and Aperture to a new Photos app for the Mac
in 2015. The new Photos app is a cloud-based product that lets you view
your photos across all your Mac devices. It should be released in early
2015.
Import Scanner (Windows Only)
You can import media directly from a scanner in Photoshop Elements 13 for Windows. You
must have a scanner connected to your computer to scan images through Organizer.
1.
In Organizer for Windows, click the Import button.

In the drop-down menu choose From Scanner.
