When you are finished experimenting, lower the arms with the reach slider to approximately the
same angle as in the Zombie Run animation. This sets up for a smoother transition between the two
animation clips. I prefer a zombie with a slower, shuffling step but configure the other parameters
however you like. When you have adjusted it to your satisfaction, select Save, then Download.
A checkout pop-up window appears with the animation in your shopping cart for a total of $0. Select
Checkout and a Download Tray pop-up window appears with your animated character. Select it,
then near the bottom for Download Format select FBX for Unity, then the big orange Download
button (Figure 5-29 ).

You can add the downloaded animated character model to your Unity project by dragging and
dropping it into the Project panel, or through the Unity editor top menu by selecting Assets ➤ Import
New Asset. Drag and drop your newly created animated character model to the Assets ➤ Animations
folder. Save the scene and save your project.
You'll need a few more animation clips for this project. First, repeat this process for creating the
walking animation but name it walkingWithMotion. When you are done editing it, scroll down to
underneath the sliders and change the In Place setting to Off (Figure 5-30 ). Save and download.
