3. A survey of the members of one organization suggested that

in their browsers as a safety precaution. Upon learning this,
developers of various Web sites for the organization con
cluded that checking Web forms for errors should be done
both clientside and serverside.

4. Owners of laptop computers sometimes complain that they
can connect their laptop computers to the network in some
labs or hotel rooms and the machines work fine, but their lap
tops do not work properly on other networks. Identify some
possible causes of these difficulties.
