Summary
In this chapter, you learned about the most common tonal problems and how to assess them, using the
histogram. The Color Picker tool is a useful tool for sampling pixels, to determine brightness and RGB values.
The assortment of tutorials demonstrated some powerful methods for making a variety tonal corrections in
images, using GIMP. In the next chapter, you'll learn about working with color.
