5. Tap the Add Friends button or the Add button (the + icon) at the top of the window.
6. Enter the e-mail address of the person you want to add as a friend.
7. Type a message in the field below or leave it as it is.
8. Tap the Send button to send your friend request (see Figure 4-3).

Use gaming subscription services and stores
For many years, the Mac wasn't seen as a viable gaming platform, but it recently has come into
its own, with major titles available for download from the Mac App Store as well as other stores like
Steam (see Figure 4-4).
Steam ( http://store.steampowered.com ) served only PC gamers for years, but now offers some of
the best games available for Mac, as well as a convenient way to store them that works the same way
as the Mac App Store. You can download games on multiple computers once you've purchased them
from Steam, and all updates are delivered through the Steam client as well. You can also use Steam to
set up multiplayer games or chat with other users while playing.
