3. The iOS device's screen will turn gray and the video will display on the TV connected to your
Apple TV. You can still control the playback and adjust the video's position on your iPad.

4. To return to viewing the video on your iOS device, tap the AirPlay button ( ) again and

choose your device from the list.

Stream web video from an iOS device to an Apple TV
Some websites with embedded video content allow you to stream video to your Apple TV, and it

is becoming more common for the AirPlay button ( ) to appear when viewing video on the web
from an iOS device. Sometimes, you need to view the video in full screen to access the AirPlay button

( ). Once you see the AirPlay button ( ) on a video on a website, simply tap it and choose
your Apple TV to begin streaming (see Figure 3-14).
