Screen Sharing with Back to My Mac
Here are some tips for using screen sharing:
• Click the Automatically Send Clipboard Changes button at the top of the window to use
Copy and Paste functions on the remote computer as if you were in front of it. For example,
if you copy a passage of text on the remote computer, you can paste it into a document on
the computer you are currently using and vice versa.
• You can view the remote computer at full quality or adaptive quality depending on your In-
ternet connection speed. The latter makes screen sharing more responsive at the expense of
graphical clarity. Choose View > Adaptive Quality or View > Full Quality, as desired.
• If the remote computer has an external display attached, you can choose to view both
screens or pick one to control remotely, also in the View menu.
• You can opt to fit the remote screen in a window or adjust the size of the window so that
only a part of the remote screen is showing — just resize the window using the mouse or
touchpad.
