The Insert Photo or Video option in the Mail app
To copy and paste a photo into a new e-mail:
1. In the app displaying the photo you want to copy, tap and hold on the photo you want to
send until the contextual menu appears. (Note that not all apps support copying of images;
such apps won't display the contextual menu.)
2. Tap the Copy option.
3. Go to the Mail app.
4. Create a new e-mail and tap and hold in the body of the e-mail.
5. Tap Paste in the contextual menu that appears to add your photo to the e-mail.
Send Photos to Social Media Sites from an iOS

iOS 6 has baked-in support for both Facebook and Twitter, which makes it even easier to share
your photos online so all your friends and followers can see them. Using such social networks to
share your photos lets you reach more people more quickly, as you don't select the individual recipi-
ents as in an e-mail but simply send the photo to everyone monitoring your Twitter feed or Facebook
posts.
To share via Twitter or Facebook, you need to have signed up to your account in the Settings app.
Then, in the Photos app, tap the Share button ( ) to open the Share pop-over (the same one that
has the Mail option). Facebook allows multiple photos to be uploaded whereas Twitter only lets you
