In-Depth Information
Body surfers should go to Hull Bay on the island's north
coast, where Atlantic Ocean waves roll in. The winter
months are best. Rentals go quickly so bring your own
board. For a change of pace, head to Sprat Bay on Water Is-
land, which gets waves between six and eight feet in winter.
Small Boat & Water Toy Rentals
Caribbean Water Sports manages the
watersports centers at many of the island's resort
hotels. In addition to windsurfers, sailboats and
waverunners, they have motorized dinghies and
Sun Kats (electric powered catamarans for two). Not all
equipment is at each location so it's best to call them.
