This appendix covers the specification and reference material for the JNLP protocol implemen-
tation. It refers to version 1.0.
It is divided into two parts: the client- and the server-side specifications.
Client
The client side of the JNLP specification refers to the JNLP file elements and attributes, the
runtime services API and other details of the JNLP protocol.
JNLP File
All the allowed XML elements and their attributes, organized in sections, are gathered here for
reference—based on the main elements and all their subelements clustered together.
Table B.1 helps you locate quickly the information about the elements in the JNLP file. For
