force diagrams will not close because the actual force to the offset wall line is greater
than that calculated by using the standard tributary width method. The increase in
the reaction to the offset walls is approximately 5.6 percent, by trial and error. The
diaphragm shears will remain the same, but the load to the walls will increase by
this amount.
