In-Depth Information
that, soil in Homa atmosphere holds moisture better than any soil. It is due
to the ghee and the feedback of Homa on atmosphere. When a nutritional
rain comes, the nutrients and moisture are sustained as a unit in the soil.
This makes for better quality vegetation. Placement of Agnihotra ash on
top of soil before it is tilled or cultivated it does a lot of help to nourish the
plant and make the plant happy. Agnihotra and Agnihotra ash, when put on
soil, help stabilize the amount of nitrogen and potassium present.
Reports on Homa Impact show that:
• Acidic soil was brought back to normal-Soil with a pH of 4.4 was
brought back to normal by organic farming methods like compost-
ing and mulching and Homa Therapy including the use of Agnihotra
ash (Poland). The soil that was not suitable for crop production, now
large number of fruits, vegetable, medical herbs are grown and the
place has become paradise (Bizberg, 2009 - www. Homatherapypo-
land.org ).
• Some preliminary observation at one of the KVK in Unnao district
with ameluration of sodic soil has shown interesting results.
• High sodicity in soil could be brought back to normal by Homa at-
mosphere and by adding some Agnihotra ash along with vermi com-
post showed remarkable impact in minimization of soil pH in first
year it self as indicated in the Table 17.1.

• Wheat was taken as crop;
• In control, recommended dose of N,P,K was given
• In vermi compost, 5 tones of vermi compost per ha was applied;
• In Agnihotra treatment 5 tones vermi compost+ one kg ash/ha was
applied;
Results showed that:
• Field treated both with ash and vermi compost showed lower soil
pH;
