An early riser in Welly's 21st-century bar
scene, the 'Horn still hovers around the top with its reputable food (tapas from mid-arvo,
dinner daily, brunch weekends), snappy service and regular live music. The sultry, de-
signerly style for which it is famous is now slightly faded and dated, but this matters
little in the dimmed light of its bewitching hours.
