Pass a cell tower, cross under a set of power lines, and cross a
gravel road to the north.

In less than 0.1 mile, come to a Y. Continue to follow the white
blazes to the west. In 100 feet cross a short bridge over an in-
termittent creek.

Arrive back at the trailhead.

Braun Observatory was built in the 1950s by the famed rocket scientist. The Von
Braun Astronomical Society holds educational programs every Saturday night on
a space-related subject, then, weather permitting, members invite you to look
through their telescopes at the night sky. Admission is charged.
