26 Chinnabee Silent Trail
The Chinnabee Silent Trail, meandering up a hillside from Lake Chinnabee, show-
cases the beauty of Talladega National Forest. Along the way, the wonders of the
forest are revealed again and again. Just when you think it can't get any better, it
does. You will pass a great swimming hole with beautiful waterfalls, find yourself
climbing high above a gorge along an elevated wooden platform clinging to a rock
wall, and visit a gorgeous three-level waterfall.

Distance: 5.4 miles out and back
Hiking time: About 2.5 hours
Difficulty: Moderate climbs and some stairs
