Using this screen, you can start and stop the services. Note that
you will not see the SQL Server Reporting Services if you skipped
the installation in the previous screen using PowerShell.

Creating the Reporting Services Service application
In this section, we will install a Reporting Services Service application.

1. In Central Administration , click on the Application Management

group, then click on Manage service applications , as shown in the
following screenshot:

The Service Applications tabbed page of the ribbon is displayed as shown
in the next image.

2. Click on New .
