Adding a File System Task to the Control Flow page
The result of running the Web Service Task will now be directed to the File System
Task to create a file. First add a File System Task and perform the following steps:
1.
Drag-and-drop a
File System Task
from
SSIS Toolbox
and drop it below
the
Web Service Task
and extend the dangling green line to connect with
the
File System Task
.
2.
Double-click on the
File System Task
to display the
File System Task Editor
page which you will configure next.
3.
Click on the area related to
DestinationConnection
and in the displayed
page use the
Browse
button to locate a directory where you want the file to be
saved as shown in the next screenshot. You need to provide a name for the file
and it should be a
Create file
option as shown in the following screenshot:
