The software is in the evaluation period and likely to have
problems, and I believe it is better that Microsoft knows
about it, since the message will also carry machine-specific
information. In a corporate environment, this must be
deferred to the discretion of the administration.

Installation Configuration rules
page is displayed. This is also a pass/fail
and warn page. It is to verify if there are any issues preventing an installation.
