You have succeeded in creating the Skyblue database, as shown in the next
screenshot. Now, you can create tables, views, and stored procedures. At the
very top, we have the breadcrumbs, cm42kmawcd.database.windows.net
-> [Skyblue] - >Tables . You can upload files and run the queries as well:
Now that we have a database, we can create a table that contains the data used in
the report. The database table can be created either in the portal or in a client like
SQL Server Management Studio. Here, we will use the Windows Azure platform
to create a table.
Creating a table for the report
We will use the Windows Azure platform to create a table. In the previous page
we have an option to create a New Table.

Click on New Table . After some processing, you will have a table design
with an ID column and two other columns, as follows:
