The RSS utility
The help for
rs.exe
is obtained by typing the following in the command prompt:

What can rs.exe do?
The RSS utility can do a lot of heavy work such as the examples listed here:
• Install Reporting Services
• Configure the service account
• Configure the Report Server Web Service and Report Manager URLs
• Create the Report Server database
• Configure the Report Server database connection
• Configure a scale-out deployment
• Back up encryption keys
• Configure Report Server e-mails
• Configure the unattended execution account
• Deploy the existing content on another Report Server, including
the folder hierarchy, role assignments, reports, subscriptions,
schedules, data sources, and resources.
