Providing access permission to WMI
As the owner of the computer, you may have permission to access information
via WMI, but a user may in general need access permission to WMI:

Click on
Start
and type
Computer Management
in the
Search
programs
and files box. In the open window, access WMI, as follows (expand the
Services and Applications
node):
