6. Bring up the DrillDown report in design view and place the OrdDetails

report as a subreport as shown in the following screenshot. (You know
how to do this from a previous hands-on exercise).

7. Focus on the properties of the subreport in the Report Builder and set the

Visibility property as shown. The subreport is visible or not by toggling
the OrderID .

8. Save the report and run it, and you will see rows of OrderID with a plus ( + )

to the left side as shown and if you click any OrderID you will see the details
(image on the right side); and if you click again it will be hidden as shown in
the following screenshot:

This completes the procedure to create a drill-down report and in the following we
will look at linked reports.
