Snapshot and snapshot history
Report history is an archive of report snapshots. These can be created manually or
on a schedule. The archive is report history archive and is managed by adding and
removing report snapshots. You should have the role that can carry out the task
Manage Report History . This means this role should also be able to carry out View
reports task. If you are permitted to view reports, you are also permitted to view
report history. A Snapshot includes data and the time when the query was executed.

and snapshot history
For the report CustomersNW , we create a snapshot as follows:
1.
For the report CustomersNW , access the View Report History menu item
using the dropdown.
2.
Click on View Report History and as there are no snapshots, there is no
history as shown in the following screenshot:
