This problem was solved by removing the folder
C:\Documents and
Settings\username\Local Settings\Apps
especially if you had
an earlier version installed. After removing this folder, access RM and
click on Rebuilder. A launch window is displayed as shown in the next
image after which the Report Builder gets displayed.
