4. Right-click on Win7RV in Solution Explorer and from the drop-down list,

pick Add | New Item... .
Add New Item window opens.

5. Click on Report Wizard in the center pane. The report writing will be guided

by a wizard. Click on Add .
The Report Wizard window will be displayed followed immediately by
the Data Source Configuration Wizard window. Here, you can choose
one of the four types of sources, as shown, with Database as default:

6. Click on Next .

The Choose a Data Source Type page or window will be displayed,
as shown, with Database as the default.

7. Accept the default ( Database ) and click on Next .
