In this window, select the option of 'Software Only'.
By default you will see 'Create a database' selected. OUI has the
ability not only to install the Oracle software but to create the
database too after the installation process. In other words it has
the ability of DBCA (Database Configuration Assistant) that we
will learn in the next chapter. Once done click the “Next” button.
