The first image of the walking animation is the character with his left foot forward
and right foot in the air. Think of how you walk, or watch videos of people walking
to get an idea of how to draw these animations.
Next is both feet aligned, almost like a standing animation. After the previous image,
the right foot is coming down and the left foot is moving back.
Finally, the right foot is forward and the left foot is up in the air. There's no need to
create another image with both feet aligned, as we will reuse the previous image.
These are very simple animations, and once you get into actually animating them in
GameSalad, as we will see later in this topic, if you ind they don't look right, you can
always tweak them later.
The same principals apply to designing weapons and items.
Also, platform tiles and environment elements follow the same rules.
