Background Plate
For this final chapter we're going to create a composite. I'm
also going to show you how to create a matte so that your
two-dimensional image can receive shadows as if it's a real
three-dimensional world. Figure 22-1 is an example of a com-
posite image created from a picture taken outside my office.
Everything in these shots was modeled, lit, and composited
inside 3ds Max.
