FIGURE 6.5 A heat map. Heat maps allow a many-against-many comparison. In this case, cell samples from different patients with cancer are listed across
the top. Different environmental conditions (protein levels) are listed down the left side. The main map shows the protein phosphorylation response for each
cell sample under each condition. The results are “clustered” (treelike structures on top and left) to show both cells that behave similarly and conditions that
