6.2 Method
It.is.important.to.enhance.the.quality.of.imaging.by.optical.apparatus..The.
investigation. is. done. to. develop. an. x-ray. detector. design. including. micro-
lens.arrays.that.are.optimized.for.the.AMFPI.photodetector..It.is.necessary.
to. measure. the. transmittance,. focusing,. and. uniformity. of. the. microlens.
arrays.(Petrick.2001,.2002)..The.system.coniguration.for.this.simulation.is.in.
Figure 6.2.where.the.size.of.the.coniguration.is.in.micrometers..Figure 6.3.
