this.study..If.the.technology.is.formulated.theoretically.and.experimentally,.
the.power.cell.could.be.manufactured.
The.injected.ion.is.incorporated.with.the.vacancy.and.the.vacancy.energy.
was.obtained.by.Brooks'.method.(Brooks.1955).using.Equation.(3.1).

3.2 Method

interest.in.nanotechnology..The.U.S..government.has.also.started.to.recog-
nize.the.possibilities.of.the.LENR.concept,.as.can.be.seen.if.one.searches.the.
Grants.gov.website.
