In the Range section, make sure that the radio button next to All Frames is clicked on.
7
In the Render Options section, select Straight-Unmatted from the Alpha Channel drop-
down menu.
The Render Options are only relevant if you have video with transparent areas (as
you do in this example). The Straight-Unmatted option means transparency is stored
in the alpha channel only. Premultiplied channels (the other options in this menu)
store transparency information in the alpha channel as well as the RGB channels. The
option you choose has everything to do with what application you are importing the
video into. The Straight-Unmatted option here will work well in a program such as
Adobe Premiere or After Ef ects, among others.

Click the Render button to create your video i le. The rendering time will vary,
depending on your computer hardware.

Choose File > Close. You can return to the native Photoshop i le to make edits at a
later point, if necessary. You can test your i le by navigating to the ps12lessons folder
and selecting your ps1205 i le. It should open the QuickTime Player, and you can
view your work in action.
Congratulations! You have i nished this lesson.
