petent/qualiied.person..The.form.should.be.updated.and.replaced.as.necessary.to.
relect. current. designated. competent/qualiied. persons. and. their. area. of. expertise.
and.responsibility.

control.. Periodic. inspections. and. procedures. for. correction. and. control. provide.
methods.of.identifying.existing.or.potential.hazards.in.the.workplace,.and.eliminat-
ing.or.controlling.them..The.hazard.control.system.provides.a.basis.for.developing.
safe.work.procedures,.and.injury.and.illness.prevention.training..If.hazards.occur.or.
recur,.this.relects.a.breakdown.in.the.hazard.control.system.
