which.people.or.machinery.could.be.exposed.to.falling.objects).must.be.provided.
with.standard.4-inch.toeboards..Material.on.elevated.surfaces.must.be.piled,.stacked,.
or.racked.in.a.manner.that.prevents.them.from.tipping,.falling,.collapsing,.rolling,.
or.spreading.

The.lack.of.an.emergency.action.and.ire.plan.is.a.safety.hazard.to.workers..Workers.
must.have.knowledge.of.how.to.react.and.what.is.expected.of.them..Training.and.
practice.drills.must.take.place..An.emergency.action.plan,.to.ensure.employee.safety.
in.the.event.of.ire.or.other.emergencies,.must.be.prepared.in.writing.and.reviewed.
with.affected.employees..The.plan.should.include.the.escape.procedures.and.routes,.
critical.plant.operations,.employee.accounting,.following.an.emergency.evacuation.
