must.be.identiied..A.means.should.be.provided.to.ensure.that.the.control.circuit.can.
also. be. disconnected. and. locked. out.. The. locking. out. of. control. circuits,. in. lieu. of.
locking.out.main.power.disconnects,.must.be.prohibited..All.equipment.control.valve.
handles.must.be.provided.with.a.means.for.locking.out..Lockout.procedures.require.
