17. Save the style sheet, and test the page in Print Preview again. No browser
produces exactly the same result as another, but the layout now looks
considerably better. Figure 16-5 shows the second page in IE 9's Print Preview .
Like all browsers, it automatically adds headers and footers to the printed page.
At the moment, there is no way to control this. They need to be turned off by the
user. However, this situation is likely to change when the CSS3 Paged Media
module matures.
