cloud-based project management application. Generally the larger the team in
terms of headcount, the more valuable it will be to have a written post plan.
If you are working with a 3D post service provider you still need to be
aware of the workl ows the providers use to create or i nish your show.
Take your post plan with you to meetings with prospective service providers
(e.g. post houses, contractors). Service providers should be able to explain
in plain language which workl ows, elements and processes they will take
on and which they will not under as part of your business agreement. Note
that a workl ow diagrams in product brochures are most likely skewed to
favor the maker/provider of the equipment described in the workl ow. These
diagrams can, however, provide a starting point for you own custom show
workl ow sketches.
