(through the mirror) eye and the rel ected eye (Figure 4.12) . Resolving
mirror warping can be extremely difi cult to resolve especially if the warp
changes over time.
4.6.2.16 Solution: Correct or Duplicate
Reverse the warp introduced in L and/or R by the mirror or other optical
element, then use the corrected version for further post work.
4.6.2.17 Issue: Shutter Angle Mismatch
This mismatch occurs in rigs when digital shutter effects in each image
path affect L and R images differently, causing a strobing or l ickering effect
when image pair are viewed in 3D. The variation in shutter between L and
R permits different amounts of light and thus generates different amounts of
