Iris Mismatch.
4.6.2.11 Issue: Focus Mismatch
Focus mismatch occurs when images in an image pair present noticeably
different levels of focus between L and R. This mismatch may vary over the
course of the shot because of variations in the L and R image paths.
4.6.2.12 Solution: Correct or Duplicate
If you can determine that the issue is not related to L/R synchronization not
an error in timing, you may need to blur or sharpen L relative to R or vice
versa to simulate the correct focus in L and R. Depending on the amount of
the blurring or sharpening you might get additional artifacts from altered
image in relation to the unaltered image.
