4.6.2.7 Issue: Rotation Mismatch
Rotation mismatch occurs when images in an image pair are rotated
clockwise or counterclockwise relative to the other (Figure 4.8 ). This
mismatch may vary over the course of the shot because of variations in the
L and R image paths. Over time rotation mismatch can present discomfort
or discontinuity.
4.6.2.8 Solution: Correct or Duplicate
Counter-rotate L relative to R or vice versa to simulate the correct horizontal
alignment. Depending on the amount of the manipulation you need to do,
you might get additional artifacts from the altered image.
