In-Depth Information
offshore eutrophication. Meanwhile, P, Ca and Mg releases were negatively related to soil
solution pH, and P release was positively related to Ca and Mg releases. To a lesser extent,
organic acids pH and reaction time were also important to nutrients release from soils. In
addition, Organic acids were continuously discharged from plant roots, so future work should
focus on examining the effect of these organic acids on nutrients releases and its impact on
the environment.
