config.txt
file permits you to configure many aspects of the boot process. Some
options affect physical devices, and others affect the kernel being loaded.
Composite Video Settings
The composite video output from the Raspberry Pi is primarily configured by three basic
parameters:

Standard Definition Video
The parameter
sdtv_mode
determines the video mode (TV standard) of the composite
video output jack.
