According to our encodings, we build a high-level design guide for the
visualization of sound ( Fig. 10 ) . Due to different cultural and social
contexts, this implementation allows for design related modifications of
the variables. In particular, the choice of color has to be balanced
according to specific framework requirements, such as cultural sensation
of aesthetics, potential color blindness, or education and socialization
background of users. Therefore, alternative arrangements are practicable
when they stick to the systematic encoding of the parameters.
